You may return most unused, unopened, and original condition products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Products must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Please note:

- Perishable items or those with a limited shelf life may also be ineligible for returns.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a PhytoSphere8 error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@phytosphere8.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened supplements, beauty, and hygiene products
- Perishable goods (food supplements with expiration dates)
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
