1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- Proof of purchase is required

- Personal care items after opening
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- PhytoSphere8 is not responsible for lost return shipments
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped.
